Mix together:
* 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar
* 3/4 cups chopped walnuts
Beat together
* 1 (18.25 ounce) package white or butter cake mix
* 4 eggs
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 2 tablespoons water
* 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup water
Mix together above and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in a greased/floured pan.
Layer 1/2 batter abd 1/2 sugar mixture
